guesswork and time out of the search for you!
Fill out the referral form and
give us as much detail as you
can about what your client is looking for assistance with, this
will allow us to find the best qualified agents for you to send your referral to.
We will screen potential agents
for you on a number of criteria
that goes beyond just the basics
if they work in the area that
you need. We seek to find you advisors that will be an asset to your client and enhance the relationship you have with
your client by making sure they have a great experience with
the agent that you are
connecting them with.
Within 24-48 hours we will
return at least 2-3 matches to
you for you to select from.
Once you select which option
you would like to move
forward with we will make
sure that we have signed
referral agreements in place
before sharing your clients information with the agent(s)
you have selected.
We will complete weekly status updates with the agent, so that
you are always up to date on
where things are at in process
of your clients transaction.
Within 24 hours of us receiving funds from your referral we
can Direct Deposit it to your or your brokerages bank account
or mail you a check, whatever works best for you. (Depends
on State & Broker Preference If
We Can Pay You Directly)
We charge the agent/broker receiving the referral in
addition to the referral fee that
you have requested to facilitate
the process of connecting them with your referral for them to
work. We have found that
agents are open to paying
higher referral fees if we can
bring them highly qualified prospects from your referrals.

Your clients information is not shared with any agent until we
have presented you with options and you have selected who
you want them to be connected with. At that time the agent or
agents that you select to receive the referrals only receive the
information once we have an executed referral agreement

Yes, we will present you with option and allow you to pick
which agent or agents you would like to have connected with
your clients and get referral agreements in place with any or
all of them.
We understand this happens and we will go back to work for
you to find a better fit for your clients, the more details you
can provide to us about why your client didn't connect with
the initial agent will help us in finding the correct fit for them
while we make sure that they end up working with an agent
that will pay your referral fee.
We will follow up with the agent receiving your referral on a
weekly basis to see where they are at in the process and keep
you updated throughout the process and transaction.
Yes, we are big believers in that there can be different skill sets
and requirements in what an agent needs to bring to the table
to serve your clients needs best depending on the type of
transaction and type of buyer/seller that you are referring to
the agent. Our detailed screening process helps us to find the
best fit for your client.
Yes, when sending a referral fee you can specify what referral
fee you would like to receive.
